
Customer Service
GRAINTEC’s participation in a project extends beyond the physical completion and handing-over of the processing plant or line. Service to the customer and back-up during commercial operation are natural elements of a project.
These services involve supplies of all spare parts and consumerables as well as support in relation to selected critical spare parts. Spare and wear parts are supplied by GRAINTEC's Customer Service Department at competitive prices. Our experienced staff have full access to GRAINTEC's plant documentation and specifications; this ensures delivery of correct spare and wear parts.
Furthermore, GRAINTEC visits customers to evaluate their need for a local stock of spare and wear parts and to act as a consultant concerning the customer’s OEE-analysis (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and in relation to identification of bottlenecks in production. The visits are used also for the promotion of the concept of preventive maintenance and for individual service agreements.
